About the role
We're looking for a Director of Sales for mid-market accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join early in our story and influence how the plot will evolve. We are looking for the right person to build this role and later on the department and to make sure our customers are getting the best out of Tripworks.

A Day in the Life of the Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new inbound and outbound leads to support the Sales teams. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sales dynamic, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email.
- Identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Provide feedback to help identify prospects' pain points.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and follow-up.
- Track lead opportunities resulting from marketing campaigns.

Product Marketing Lead
About the Role
As a member of the Product team, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for delivering on product roadmap priorities to achieve time to market and time to value targets by managing the product development lifecycle for a given product through proven technical leadership. This role will interface with internal teams and key clients.
What You’ll Accomplish:
- Assist with identifying market problems, looking for unsolved problems that are both urgent and pervasive and that tour & activity operators are willing to pay to solve.
- Defines market requirements that communicates problem(s) to be solved and who we are solving it for.
- Captures "Voice of the Customer" for use in innovation strategy and planning future solution enhancements.
- Defines Solution Vision that supports strategic plan; update annually.
- Conducts market research on users around a specific solution innovation and describe the solution to be offered to the market, including solution positioning and market messaging for key buyers.
- Assist with preparing business cases for proposed solutions, providing an objective analysis of a potential new market opportunity to be used as a basis for investment decisions.
- Monitors and analyses solution metrics to assess how well solutions perform, including actual to planned revenue, usage stats, operations SLAs, customer satisfaction, market share and profitability.
- Provides sales support assistance as needed, including RFP boilerplate creation, solution design leadership, and product advocacy.
- Work with engineering, QA, professional services, and technical operations during design and implementation to shape the technical feature set and usability of the product and ensure the highest quality products delivered on-time, on budget and with superior performance and support.
- Collects and manages requirements from all stakeholders for one or more products across multiple product generations.
- Plans and manages execution of product roadmaps, development schedules and product/component designs
- Coordinates business and contractual arrangements with partners
- Spends time gathering feedback and then injects that feedback into the design cycle
- Trains and supports others on functional area related topics

The person we are looking for to fill this position will play an integral role in creating brand awareness, marketing new features, providing sales support, driving inbound leads, and will thrive in a fast-paced, multifacted marketing arena. This person will help lead various marketing projects including event and campaign organization and execution. Duties & Responsibilities
- Build out of marketing calendar and action plan.
- Ensures successful execution of marketing deliverables and initiatives.
- Manages events by identifying and organizing all action plans, ensuring deadlines are met, assisting with registration, organizing deliverables and action items, ordering and shipping items as needed, coordinating RoS and strategy for event execution, and other related duties as assigned.
- Identifies event and conference opportunities.
- Creates copy in line with company voice and tone for emails, e-newsletters, social media and other marketing assets.
- Creates and manages social media handles by posting and sharing content in line with company messaging and marketing calendar that will increase following and engagement.
- Tracks and monitors metric performance of all TripWorks marketing initiatives including events and ads (leads and conversions), email communication including open rate, clicks, etc., social media handles including number of followers, engagement, etc., and other related duties as assigned.
- Provides ongoing communication to existing customers.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

- Familiar with search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), e-mail marketing and banner ads.
