Guests can complete their waivers ahead of time, and additional reminders are automatically sent to those who haven’t signed yet. Upon Arrival - Personal Device: When guests arrive, you can send them a link via text or email to complete the waiver on their own device. Upon Arrival - Tablet at Your Facility: For guests who prefer to sign on-site, send their booking information to a tablet at your facility. They can view their booking details and complete the waiver right there. Unattached Waivers: Direct guests to a tablet where they can complete an unattached waiver, which can then be connected to their booking. Support for Multiple Waiver Templates TripWorks allows you to create and manage multiple waiver templates, tailored to different activities. For example, you can assign a specific waiver template for your Hiking and Climbing activities, and another template for Swimming. This flexibility ensures that each activity has the appropriate legal documentation.
