Can TripWorks' AI actually complete a booking?

Yes. The Chatbot and Callbot check live availability, collect the guest's name, email, and phone, and create a draft booking. The guest then gets a payment link by SMS and pays through your normal TripWorks checkout — the AI never handles payment itself, and the booking confirms only once the guest pays.
