Does TripWorks support tipping?

Yes. The TripWorks platform lets you charge tips with card readers, via mobile checkout, and through the customer portal. Tour guides can hand a smart device to the customer at checkout and ask them to add a tip, which prompts an easy “Add tip?” step and charges the selected amount to the card on file. Tips can be pooled for the whole team or assigned to individual guides, and you can review them anytime with the Tips report.
