Connect Dialpad and every call is automatically recorded, transcribed, and analyzed, then linked to the right guest and booking by matching the phone number. You keep your existing Dialpad numbers and setup, TripWorks just receives a copy of each call to do the work behind the scenes.

Turn it on under Setup → Integrations, sign in to Dialpad to authorize it, then place a test call, it'll show up in your Calls list within moments, already transcribed and analyzed.

Every call gets a plain-English summary, the caller's questions, a sense of how the call went, and coaching tips for the agent. Operators use this to catch demand they're losing, like callers asking for a sold-out time slot, fix the questions guests keep asking by putting the answers on their own site, and search past calls by topic, even by meaning, like pulling up every call where a guest mentioned a competitor.
