Fotaflo is a photo and video delivery platform. Connect it to TripWorks and guest names, contact details, and activity times sync over automatically every time a booking is created, updated, or cancelled, so Fotaflo always has what it needs to organize and deliver media to the right guest.

Generate an integration key in Fotaflo, build your webhook URL from it, and paste that into the Fotaflo screen under Setup → Integrations.

Operators use it to get guests their photos automatically the moment a tour wraps, without anyone looking up contact info by hand. If a booking is cancelled, that update reaches Fotaflo too, so there's no reservation left hanging on their side, and staff sorting through the day's photos see the same reservation label TripWorks generated, instead of guessing which folder matches which group.
