Connect your bank account to TripWorks through Stripe, our payments partner, and start taking card payments and receiving payouts with a secure, guided setup.

Getting a booking platform to actually pay you can be its own project: setting up a way to accept cards, handling compliance paperwork, and figuring out when you actually get paid, before you can take a single real payment.

TripWorks handles all of that through our payments partner, Stripe. Connect a bank account once, before you launch, through a secure guided setup under Setup → Integrations. You enter your business and bank details directly with Stripe; TripWorks never sees or handles that information.

Use a checking account for your payouts, not a debit card. Once you submit, your connection shows a status: Complete means you're ready to take payments, Enabled or pending means a few more details or documents are still needed before payments fully turn on.

With your account connected, card payments work everywhere you sell, with fraud protection and extra security checks built in for riskier transactions.

If you already use Stripe or another payment account elsewhere, set this up with an email address that isn't already tied to that account, reusing one causes the connection to fail. Learn more directly at stripe.com.

I love the ease of use of the entire platform. From communication with customers via text or email to managing resources within our fleet, the process is absolutely a breeze. TripWorks offers so much more than our prior booking software for communicating with potential customers.
