Turn it on under Setup → Integrations, sign in to Kixie to authorize it, then place a test call, it'll show up in your Calls list within moments, already transcribed and analyzed.

Every call gets a plain-English summary, the caller's questions, a sense of how the call went, and coaching tips for the agent. Operators use this to catch demand they're losing, like callers asking for a sold-out time slot, fix the questions guests keep asking by putting the answers on their own site, and search past calls by topic, even by meaning, like pulling up every call where a guest mentioned a competitor.
