Connect your own Twilio account to TripWorks and text guests from your own number, with two-way SMS replies available where enabled for your account.

By default, texts to your guests go out from a shared, unbranded number, so a booking confirmation or reminder doesn't immediately read as coming from your business.

Connecting your own Twilio account fixes that. Set up a phone number with Twilio, link your account under Setup → Integrations in TripWorks, and your texts start going out under your own name instead of a shared one.

Once connected, booking confirmations and reminders go out from your own number. Where two-way texting is enabled for your account, guest replies land directly inside TripWorks instead of disappearing into a number nobody's watching.

Operators use this to send booking confirmations that instantly read as coming from their business instead of a stranger's number, let a guest text back a quick question about parking and have it show up right inside TripWorks, and see whether a reminder text actually reached a guest instead of guessing why they didn't show up.

This is separate from TripWorks's built-in AI CallBot, which handles its own phone numbers automatically. You'll just need your own Twilio account and phone number to get started.
