With the TripWorks iCal integration, you can subscribe to your availabilities using a calendar program on your phone, Google Calendar, or any app that supports the ICS format. This can be useful for seeing your upcoming trips along with the rest of your schedule.

Generally, information on a synced calendar includes the customer’s name, confirmation code, contact information, amount paid and due, and any custom fields.

Daily Summary

A single "All Day" calendar event, summarizing all of your key activity for days where you operate. Includes total sales and total passengers. A good choice if you are a owner or manager.

Calendar of Experience & Availabilities

A calendar event for each availability. Includes customer names, confirmation codes, confirmation codes, and amount paid/due for each guest on the timeslot. Subscribe to all Experiences, or just a single one.

Calendar of Resources

A calendar event for each resource utilization. Includes customer names, confirmation codes, confirmation codes, and amount paid/due for each resource usage. Subscribe to all resources, or just a single resource.
